Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.
The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States are Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited. Expedited or Express orders placed by 6 PM EST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling - Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when your order is received, some will be shipped on the following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A signature may be required for FedEx and UPS deliveries.

Payment Options
On-line orders can be paid by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
The Subscriber will pay the agreed upon monthly rate and any other charges and will deliver payment to FreedomPhone on the 15th of the given month. In addition to the monthly rate, there is currently a per-minute charge which FreedomPhone will levy if Subscriber uses more than the monthly included minutes. The schedule of charges is as listed in the Subscriber Brochure and as may be modified from time to time by FreedomPhone at their sole discretion.
The monthly rate is not prorated for mid-month signups or cancelations. A monthly charge will not be due for the month of cancelation if service cancelation is initiated by FreedomPhone.
FreedomPhone will send a bill for services but the failure to receive such a bill will not excuse the Subscriber from paying the bill.
This is a monthly Agreement which begins on the First day of each month and ends on the last day of the month. The Agreement automatically renews at the beginning of each month unless either the Subscriber or FreedomPhone have elected to cancel the Agreement.
