Cancellation Policy

The Subscriber may cancel the Agreement at any time by calling FreedomPhone and requesting to cancel services. If the Subscriber cancels service, charges for the cancelation month will not be prorated or waived.

FreedomPhone may cancel the Subscriber’s service, at their sole discretion at any time upon advising the Subscriber of cancelation. If FreedomPhone initiates cancelation, charges for the cancelation month will be waived. 

Subscriber will not hold FreedomPhone liable for any damages incurred by FreedomPhone canceling Subscriber’s account or by FreedomPhone personnel failing to record a telephone cancellation.
